1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
Royal Fragrance offers a hassle-free 7-day replacement guarantee if you receive a product that is damaged during transport, leaking, defective, or if an incorrect item was delivered to you.
2. Unboxing Proof Requirement
To claim a replacement for broken or leaking bottles, customers are required to share a brief unboxing video or photo showing the sealed package and damage upon opening. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp at 0308-9755397 or email support@royalfragrance.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Cosmetic Hygiene & Unsealed Bottles
Due to health, personal care, and cosmetic hygiene regulations, perfume bottles or concentrated oils that have been unsealed, sprayed, or used cannot be returned simply due to personal scent preference. We recommend purchasing our Testers prior to purchasing full bottles if you are trying a scent for the first time.
4. Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued either as an instant Royal Fragrance Store Credit / Coupon code or via direct Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the returned parcel at our warehouse.
